This baked wings recipe has all the crunchiness without the mess and calories of deep frying. All by themselves, our wings deliver on serious flavor. The simple hot sauce recipe compliments that flavor with mild heat, while the homemade Blue Cheese Dressing cools the tastebuds.

- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- ¼- ½ Cup Buttermilk, for desired consistency
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6- 8 oz. Crumbled Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Buffalo Sauce
- ½ Cup Your Favorite hot sauce
- 4 T Unsalted butter, melted
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Baked Wings
- 2.75lbs-3lbs Bell & Evans chicken wings
- Salt, to season

- Carrot & Celery Sticks
Preparation
Blue Cheese Dressing

- Add crumbled Bleu Cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Store in refrigerator until needed.
Buffalo Sauce
- Whisk together sauce ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Keep warm or reheat just prior to using.
Baked Wings
- Preheat oven to 300°F
- Line a rimmed baking tray with aluminum foil. Place a wire cooling rack on top. Spray with a non-stick spray. Place wings skin side up on the cooling rack. Pat wings dry with paper towels and season with salt.
- Bake Wings at 300°F for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, increase oven temperature to 425°F and continue baking for another 30-40 minutes, rotating tray halfway through. NOTE: Wings do not need to be turned over. The wings are ready when they are dark golden brown, the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reads 170°F by the use of a meat thermometer.
- Toss with Buffalo Sauce and serve immediately with blue cheese dressing, carrot and celery sticks.
