Delicious chicken bone broth. Very gelatinous . I sautéed onions and garlic and puréed into the broth with a little salt. Enjoy sipping it in a mug instead of coffee or tea.

Bell & Evans bone broth is the best we have ever had. If you have been diagnosed with EDS, Bell & Evans products do not cause a flare up. Actually, to take it one step further, my daughter, who has EDS can eat any Bell & Evans product without any reaction. With EDS a person will feel like they have the flu shortly after eating something that does not work for them. They will have a fever for about 2 to 3 hours or days depending on the quantity. The Bone Broth itself is beyond words important. When my daughter cannot eat due to her symptoms, she Can drink the Bell & Evans bone broth. For the rest of her life it will be a continual process of figuring out what the food and drink triggers are for her. Knowing that Bell & Evans have several options for her, well there are no other words than Thank you.

I used this broth over the weekend to make my family Italian Wedding Soup. Didn’t season the broth at all, just added the vegetables, pasta and meatballs, and everyone kept commenting how good the broth was! This is such a staple for soup season and it gave me peace of mind to know that all of my ingredients were fresh and the broth didn’t have additives in it.
For years I’ve felt guilty serving conventionally prepared canned chicken broth to my family for lack of a better option and lack of time to make my own. Shoprite started carrying B&E chicken bone broth for $11.99 a jar. I gave it a try for the holiday and used it to make Thanksgiving stuffing. Everyone raved about how delicious the stuffing was this year. The only change to the recipe was that I swapped the broth, You can taste the difference and the quality of this broth- it’s perfect, delicious and good for us too! I have a connective tissue disorder, so I’m very picky about the foods and supplements I incorporate into my health routine, especially those that support my collagen. That said, this bone broth is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. One sip and you’ll know it’s the real deal. I can hardly go a day without it now! Not only is the quality apparent, the taste in incomparable. Since it’s unseasoned, I can also give some to our kitties to help their joints (they cry for some when they smell it heating up because they love it so much too!)
