Ingredients

Chicken Dark Meat, Water, Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Cane Sugar, Yeast, Sea Salt), Onion Puree, Dried Whole Eggs, Tomato Powder, Vinegar, Parsley, Garlic Puree, Dry Whole Milk, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.

Cooking Instructions

This product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by the use of a meat thermometer. Cooking times may vary.

Bake:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F with a rack in the center position. Line a baking dish or sheet pan with parchment. Remove the meatloaf from its packaging and place in a prepared dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together ingredients for glaze (GLAZE RECIPE). Spread glaze thickly on top of meatloaf.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes, until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 165°F with an accurate meat thermometer.
  4. Remove meatloaf from oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.

Air fry: Preheat Air fryer to 335°F. Lightly spray air fryer basket or trays with cooking spray or line with parchment paper for easier clean up. Add meatloaf to basket. Cook for approximately 25-30 minutes.

If adding glaze, brush surface evenly after 18 minutes of cooking. For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by the use of a meat thermometer. Cooking times may vary.
