Today, the USDA issued a voluntary recall notice on items produced at Establishment P-51205, BrucePac, Inc., in Durant, OK, for potential listeria contamination. Two of these items were produced and packaged by BrucePac for the Bell & Evans’ brand. The products in question are focused on production dates ranging from June 19, 2024 to October 8, 2024 and include Bell & Evans FULLY COOKED BONELESS, SKINLESS GRILLED DICED CHICKEN BREAST in both RETAIL and BULK packages. The impacted items will include a BEST BY DATE between the dates of 6/19/2025 to 10/08/2025 and were distributed to various Bell & Evans customers. The official recall notice can be found here:
As a result of this report, Bell & Evans is alerting our customers and assisting in the removal of the product from our distribution and retail channels. We are also working closely with both the USDA and BrucePac to aggressively rectify this situation. Bell & Evans takes this claim very seriously and are doing what is necessary to ensure public health.
