Chicken Gizzards
Chicken gizzards are versatile in recipes, full of flavor, and loaded with key nutrients. They are available in 1 lb. containers at most retailers that sell our line of fresh items.

Most poultry producers use hexane-processed soybeans as a cheap source of chicken feed. But hexane pollutes the air and environment. We keep chemicals out of our feed.

DDGS is a protein alternative producers can get at a lower cost than corn. Antibiotics are used to control bacteria in the fermentation process. Some antibiotics remain in the DDGS. We use only corn and soybeans for protein. Period.

Our air chill method eliminates the need for chilled chlorinated water that most producers use, which ends up in your chicken.

Just discovered Bell & Evans chicken giblets at my local Wegman’s grocery store. I was told by the dept. manager giblets we’re “unavailable” by virtue of supply chain obstacles. I was surprised to find i had been hidden from view in the frozen case. I was (finally) able to make my favorite Giblet, mushroom & barley soup. Great product, packaged in a convenient container jar. Totally satisfied! Thanks!

This will be the 2nd time I’ve made Italian giblets (gizzards) w my hm sauce. Most of my friends say to boil the heck out of them after you trim and cut up but I find this company has the highest quality and it is not needed. Nor will you find one pc of hard grizzle or fat. Thank goodness for Wegmans.
