Delicious and very easy. Lunds & Byerlys prepared stir fry vegetables contain chopped and ready-to-go bok choy, broccoli, snow peas, carrots and red onions. Recipe by Lunds & Byerlys
Heat oil in wok over medium high to high heat. Add chicken and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring to evenly cook chicken. Add vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes, continuing to stir. Add satay sauce and stir to distribute sauce evenly.Remove from heat and sprinkle with cilantro and chopped peanuts. Can be eaten as is or served over brown basmati rice or rice noodles.
